Terms of Service
Using Myriad means accepting these terms. Please pay particular attention to section 4. You remain responsible for how you operate on each e-commerce platform, without exception.
1. Provider and service
Myriad (the "Service") is provided by Wuhan Yuhan Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us"). It is a multi-platform listing toolset for cross-border commerce, comprising a web-based seller workspace, a desktop client and a browser extension.
The Service helps you prepare product records you have the right to use, complete the categories and attributes required by destination marketplaces, rewrite content, and list products at your instruction. The Service is not an e-commerce platform, does not sell goods on your behalf, and is not party to transactions between you and your buyers.
2. Accounts and teams
- Accounts are provisioned per team; the team owner may invite members and assign roles
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and sign-in details. Actions taken through your account are treated as your actions
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current
- You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorised use of your account
3. What you authorise us to do
To provide the Service, you authorise us to process the product records you provide in the Service, including storing them, preparing them for destination marketplace requirements, using intelligent processing providers to choose categories and rewrite content, and submitting them to marketplaces at your instruction. This authorisation is limited to providing the Service.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- List products that infringe another party's trademarks, copyrights, patents or other rights
- List products prohibited by law or prohibited for sale by the target platform
- Use the Service to publish false or misleading product information
- Breach a target platform's rules on duplicate listings, account association or other commercial conduct
- Dismantle or copy the Service, attempt to obtain its internal workings, circumvent usage limits, or interfere with normal operation
- Resell, rent out, or share your account with anyone outside your team
We do not provide ways to disguise network location or device identity, and do not help users evade marketplace checks. Content rewriting prepares titles and descriptions for destination marketplace requirements; it must not be used to circumvent marketplace review.
Where we identify clear breaches of this section, we may suspend or terminate the affected account.
5. Credits and allowances
- The Service is provided to you free of charge. Your plan determines available stores, seats, monthly processing volume and storage allowance, and may include a current-period service usage allowance (the period allowance); credits are consumed per automatic processing action and are granted when your account is opened
- The period allowance is the service usage included in your plan for the current period. It is issued and reset per cycle: any unused portion is cleared on the next issue date and does not roll over, convert to cash or transfer. It is neither a prepaid balance nor a gift
- Granted credits carry a validity period, stated clearly when issued
6. Intellectual property
Your data remains yours. Rights in product records, images and store data you provide through the Service belong to you or their original rights holders. We claim no ownership and do not use this information to improve processing results for other customers.
The Service is ours. Intellectual property in the software, interface, documentation and the "Myriad" and "万川" marks belongs to us. What you receive is a licence to use the Service under these terms, not any right in the software itself.
For content generated by the Service — rewritten titles and descriptions, regenerated images — provided you lawfully hold the rights in the source material, the output is yours to use and dispose of. Confirming that the source material itself infringes no third-party rights is your responsibility.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running reliably, but do not warrant uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
The Service depends on third parties: the connections and rules provided by target e-commerce platforms and intelligent processing providers. Changes, outages or restrictions on their side may affect parts of the Service. We adjust as quickly as we can, but such circumstances do not constitute a breach by us.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Categories, completed attributes and rewritten content produced automatically by the Service are not guaranteed to be entirely accurate. Accuracy figures we publish are always accompanied by their measurement conditions, represent performance under those conditions only, and are not a commitment as to results on your specific catalogue. Verification before listing is your responsibility.
We are not liable for: penalties, ranking loss or store closure arising from your products or conduct breaching platform rules; listing failures caused by changes in platform rules; incorrect results caused by errors in the original product information you provided; or indirect losses arising from third-party service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the Service, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service where you materially breach these terms or where required by law; except in urgent cases, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy first.
After termination, your data is handled according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data before termination takes effect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance through in-service notification or email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the Service and close your account.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at the domicile of Wuhan Yuhan Technology Co., Ltd.
