Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Myriad collects, why we collect it, how we look after it, and what you can do about it.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Myriad service provided by Wuhan Yuhan Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us"), including the web-based seller workspace, the desktop client and the browser extension.
Myriad is a business tool. Its users are typically seller teams rather than individual consumers. The product data and store data you handle through it remain under your control; we process that data solely as your service provider.
Where you connect a store to Myriad through an e-commerce platform's official app, section 6 applies in addition and governs the data we obtain from that platform.
2. Information we collect
| Category | What it includes | Why we collect it |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Phone number, name or display name, login password protected in a non-reversible form, role within the team | Identity, sign-in, team membership and permission control |
| Business data | Product records you work with in the service (titles, descriptions, prices, variants and images), category choices, listing jobs and outcomes, and connected store details | This is what the service operates on. Without it the product cannot function |
| Event data | Order events, buyer messages (buyer names are masked before storage) and price negotiation requests returned from your stores | Used for notification, forwarding and follow-up work; the event content contains no buyer personal information. Buyer enquiries and price reviews are collected only when you choose to receive store messages |
| Usage records | Sign-in times, important actions, network address, browser and device information, and use of each feature | Protecting account security, investigating problems, usage statistics and usage allowance control |
| Pack-and-ship data | Orders you submit for pack-and-ship (platform, store, platform order number, items and quantities, latest ship-by time), tracking numbers of domestic parcels sent to the warehouse, and hand-over records for platform shipping labels (which package, tracking number, carrier, handed to whom, and when) | Collected only after you switch pack-and-ship on, so that we can hand your orders to the warehouse you choose (including our office in Yiwu) to receive, pack and ship them, and sync progress back to Myriad. We fetch platform label files from the platform and pass them straight to that warehouse; Myriad does not keep them |
3. How we use this information
- Delivering the service: preparing product records, completing categories and attributes, rewriting content, listing, receiving store messages and support replies
- Authentication, permission control and team collaboration
- Usage statistics and usage allowance control
- Security protection, anomaly detection and troubleshooting
- Helping you use the service when you contact us
- Meeting obligations imposed on us by law
4. Storage and protection
Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers located in mainland China. When you use listing features targeting overseas e-commerce platforms, the product data you are listing is transmitted to the relevant platform at your instruction, that being the purpose of the service.
How it is protected
- Data is uploaded and accessed only through encrypted connections
- Login passwords are protected in a form that cannot be reversed. Information used to keep you signed in is not stored in an original form that could be used directly
- Authorisation details issued by marketplaces are kept encrypted and never shown on a page or written into activity records
- Each team's data is kept separate. Ownership is checked again whenever information is viewed, changed or deleted, and Myriad continually checks that teams cannot access one another's data
- Store keys and other sensitive information are kept separately, are not placed in program files and do not appear in activity records
Staff access control
- Access to production data is granted by role, limited to the minimum the job requires, and withdrawn once it is no longer needed
- The admin area can be entered only through the company's central sign-in. Every change requires a clearly granted permission, and an account without that permission cannot perform it
- Changes to system settings, platform authorisation details and credit rules are each recorded with the value before and after, who made the change, and when
- All staff sign confidentiality agreements. Roles that touch production data are additionally bound by our internal data handling rules
Retention
While your account is active, we retain your data so the service can operate. After you close your account or terminate the service, we delete or anonymise your business data within 30 days. Transaction and activity records that law requires us to keep, such as financial records, are retained for the statutory period.
When you uninstall the Myriad app on an e-commerce platform or end its authorisation, the data for that store is deleted under the rules in section 6, on a shorter timeline than this section.
Platform label files are stored encrypted by the receiving warehouse and deleted 7 days after the package leaves the warehouse; Myriad keeps only the hand-over records, retained together with the order.
5. Sharing with third parties
We provide data to third parties only in the circumstances below, and only the minimum necessary to accomplish that purpose:
| Recipient | What is provided | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Intelligent processing provider | Product titles, descriptions, category paths, attribute values | Choosing categories, completing attributes and rewriting content. Excludes account information, contact details and order data |
| Target e-commerce platforms | The product data you are listing | To complete listing at your instruction |
| The warehouse or freight forwarder you choose (including our office in Yiwu) | Items and quantities of pack-and-ship orders, domestic parcel tracking numbers, and platform shipping labels (which carry the buyer's name and address) | To receive, check, pack and label goods at your instruction and hand them to the platform or carrier. This happens only after you switch pack-and-ship on and submit each order yourself; beyond what is already printed on the label, no buyer contact details are provided |
| Event notification address you specify | The events you subscribed to | Configured by you, disableable at any time |
Outside these circumstances, we provide data only with your consent, or where required by law or by a competent judicial or administrative authority.
We do not sell your data, and we do not make it available to anyone for advertising purposes.
6. Stores connected through a platform's official app
Myriad lets you connect a store directly by authorising our app on the e-commerce platform itself. This section sets out what data we obtain under that arrangement, what we use it for, and what happens once you end the authorisation.
How it works in general
Authorisation takes place on the platform's own consent screen, so your platform password never passes through Myriad. We keep the authorisation granted by the platform in encrypted form and use it only to connect to the store at your instruction. Revoking the authorisation or uninstalling the app stops Myriad's access immediately.
Shopify
The following is the complete account of our Shopify app integration.
| Data | How we handle it | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Store address and authorisation details | The Shopify store address, the authorisation granted by Shopify and the permissions you approved for Myriad. Authorisation details are kept encrypted | Managing the Shopify store within the permissions you granted |
| Products | Written by Myriad into your store: title, description, images, variants, prices and opening inventory, then published to the Online Store sales channel | Creating the listing, which is what you installed the app to do |
| Inventory locations and sales channels | Read to fill in the listing form; the default inventory location and sales channel you choose for a store are saved in that store's settings | Deciding which location holds the stock and which channel the product is published to |
| Store products and orders | Myriad keeps the products currently listed in the store. When the store is first connected, orders from the previous 60 days are brought into Myriad and then kept up to date, including order number, placement and processing times, payment and fulfilment status, total amount and currency, and product title and quantity. Orders follow the retention periods in section 4, and you can delete them per store at any time | Letting you see your store's products and sales inside Myriad without switching back to the Shopify admin; orders are stored so that orders from several platforms and stores can be aggregated, filtered and tracked on one page |
| Customer personal data | Normally, Myriad does not ask Shopify for customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or shipping addresses and does not store them. Only after Shopify grants Level 2 protected customer data access and fulfilment assistance is enabled do we read and store recipient details. If that level is lowered, the stored details are deleted during the next check | Assisting fulfilment (only when Level 2 is enabled) |
What happens when you uninstall Myriad
- When you uninstall Myriad in Shopify admin, Shopify notifies us. Myriad immediately stops using that store's authorisation and can no longer access its data
- Forty-eight hours after uninstall, Shopify tells us to erase the store data. We delete the store's full authorisation record, including the Shopify store address and authorisation details
- The store entry you created inside Myriad and the product records you prepared there are your own account data. Uninstalling leaves them untouched and they follow the retention periods in section 4. You can also delete them from the seller workspace at any time
How we handle Shopify compliance requests
Shopify forwards three kinds of data request on a merchant's behalf. Myriad first confirms that each request genuinely came from Shopify and rejects any request it cannot confirm.
| Request | What we do |
|---|---|
| A merchant requests customer data | We record the request. Our Shopify integration neither requests nor stores any customer personal data, so there is nothing to hand over. If you need written confirmation, email the address in section 12 and we will respond within 30 days |
| Delete customer data | We record the request. As above, there is no customer data on our side to delete |
| Delete store data | We delete the store's full authorisation record, including the Shopify store address and authorisation details |
Amazon
The following is the complete account of our Amazon app integration. Authorisation is granted in Amazon Seller Central, and one authorisation covers every marketplace you sell in within that region.
| Data | How we handle it | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Seller identity and authorisation details | The Amazon seller ID, store name, the marketplaces you sell in within that region, and the authorisation granted by Amazon. Authorisation details are kept encrypted | Identify the store, create a store entry for each marketplace, and access the store as you authorised |
| Listings Myriad writes | At your instruction, Myriad creates or updates listings in the marketplaces you choose, including title, description, images, variations, price and quantity, and reads the processing results and issues Amazon returns | Publish listings and change prices and quantities, which is why you authorise the app |
| Active listings | Myriad keeps each marketplace's active listings: SKU, ASIN, title, status, price, sellable quantity and the issues Amazon reports. Fulfilment by Amazon inventory is read live when you open that page and is not stored | Let you view and manage active listings inside Myriad |
| Orders | When the store is first connected, orders from the previous 30 days are brought into Myriad and then kept up to date, including order number, order and update times, order status, fulfilment channel, latest ship date, amount and currency, and product SKU, title and quantity. You can delete them per store at any time | Bring orders from several platforms and stores into one page for filtering and tracking |
| Order handling | At your instruction, Myriad confirms shipment to Amazon with the carrier and tracking number, updates tracking or cancels an order. For a cancellation we keep the reason, items and quantities so you can see Amazon's result | Ship and cancel orders from inside Myriad |
| Buyer personal information | Myriad does not request or store buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers or full delivery addresses from Amazon. To show where an order is going, the order details page reads only the city, district and country of the delivery address at that moment and does not store them | Show where an order ships to |
| Platform notifications | Myriad subscribes to Amazon notifications such as order changes and listing status changes, and uses them to update the orders and listings above. Notification IDs are kept for 7 days to avoid processing the same one twice | Keep orders and listings up to date |
What happens when you end the Amazon authorisation
- You can disconnect Amazon inside Myriad or revoke the authorisation in Seller Central under app management. When you disconnect in Myriad, we delete the stored authorisation details straight away and cancel the notifications we subscribed to on Amazon. Once you revoke in Seller Central, Amazon no longer accepts Myriad's authorisation and Myriad can no longer access the store's data
- If the authorisation is disconnected, revoked or no longer accepted and you do not authorise again within 28 days, we delete the data obtained from Amazon for every marketplace under that authorisation: orders, active listings, synchronisation and order-handling records, and the authorisation details together with the list of marketplaces. Deletion is complete within 30 days of the authorisation ending. If you authorise again before then, the data is kept and synchronisation resumes
- If you delete the store inside Myriad, the data above is deleted at that moment
- The store entries you created in Myriad, with their store name and store number, are archived so that a later authorisation can reconnect them. The product records you prepared and your publishing history are your own account data and follow the retention periods in section 4
7. Necessary information kept in your browser
We keep a small amount of information in your browser only when needed to maintain sign-in and remember interface preferences such as list filters. We keep no advertising tracking information and do not integrate third-party advertising or cross-site tracking services.
This website carries no advertising and performs no cross-site tracking.
8. Your rights
At any time you may:
- View and correct your account information
- Export your product information and category choices
- Delete business data you saved in the service
- Stop receiving events and forwarding notifications
- End a store authorisation, or uninstall the Myriad app from the platform's admin
- Close your account and request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
Some of these can be done directly in the seller workspace. For the rest, email contact@yuhaninfo.cn and we will respond within 15 business days. So that nobody can obtain your data by impersonating you, we verify the requester's identity before acting on a request of this kind.
9. Data security incidents
If data is ever exposed, altered or lost, we work through the following order:
- Contain first: separate the affected part, disable any account or authorisation details that may have been exposed, and cut off access that is still under way
- Establish the scope: determine which data and which teams are involved and over what period, keeping a record of the investigation
- Tell you: once we have confirmed that your data is involved, we notify you within 72 hours by email or in-service notification. The notice covers the known scope, the likely consequences, the steps we have already taken, and the steps we suggest you take, such as changing passwords or re-authorising a store
- Report as required: we report to the competent authorities where the law requires it. Where the incident involves store data obtained through a platform's official app, we also notify that platform under its partner agreement; for Amazon data, we notify Amazon within 24 hours of detection
- Repair afterwards: find the cause, fix it and add anything that can be checked regularly to our routine checks
If you find a security problem in Myriad, email contact@yuhaninfo.cn and explain how it appeared, when it happened and what it affected. We will reply promptly and tell you the outcome once it is resolved.
10. Minors
Myriad is a business tool and is not offered to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected such information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service evolves. We will give advance notice of material changes through in-service notification or email. The effective date of this version and the date of first publication appear at the top of the page.
