Capabilities

One product record,
adapted to each marketplace

Myriad organises the workflow around successful listing. Product information is prepared centrally, categories and required attributes are completed, then content, images, language and submission requirements are handled for each target marketplace.

Core workflow

Listing one product takes four connected stages

Myriad does not treat submission as completion. What the marketplace accepted, what it rejected and whether the product is actually buyable all return to the original product record.

01

Product record preparation

Product information first becomes one record

Keep product details in one record: titles, specifications, variants, images, prices and categories are managed separately, ready for each destination marketplace.

  • Product details and edit history remain traceable
  • Information is organised into one consistent format
  • Add or update product details in the workspace
02

Categories and attributes

Return a category and required fields as results

The system uses product titles, existing categories and attributes to match a destination category, then completes the information it requires. Unresolved content never passes automatic checks.

  • Category results include their basis
  • Required attributes load from the target category
  • Human confirmations can be reused for later products
03

Marketplace rules

The same information is prepared differently for each marketplace

Marketplaces use different names, permitted choices, formats, image requirements and site languages. Myriad preserves the original meaning and prepares it in the form each marketplace accepts.

  • The same product detail is entered under each marketplace's preferred name
  • Only choices accepted by the marketplace are used
  • Language conversion and marketplace copy rules run together
04

Listing and results

Check before submission, then keep following the result

Image specifications, missing required information, costs and margin boundaries are checked before submission. Issues reported by the marketplace, review status and final buyability remain linked to the same product.

  • Expose problems before sending whenever possible
  • Keep the marketplace's original message so the exact problem can be found
  • Stop resubmitting when the result is uncertain

People and automation

The system handles repetition; the team confirms exceptions

Every stage can run manually, with confirmation, or automatically. Confirmation is the default. Decisions that have already been confirmed remain available for similar products.

01

Manual

The system organises the record and its issues; a person decides and executes.

02

Confirmation

Certain results are prepared directly; unresolved items enter review.

03

Automatic

Execute automatically within confirmed rules and boundaries.

Supporting capabilities

Cover the essential work before and after listing

These capabilities share the same product information and marketplace results rather than maintaining separate copies.

01

Content and languages

Titles and descriptions are prepared for the target marketplace and site language while product facts such as numbers, specifications and brands are protected.

02

Cost and margin

Product cost, freight, marketplace commission and payment fees are itemised before listing. Costs not included are stated separately.

03

Store authorisation and actions

Each store is authorised and used separately, so one store cannot affect another.

04

Orders

Marketplace orders return to one place and remain linked to the product record, so fulfilment and after-sales work can continue from the same view.

How it is used

What the extension, desktop app and workspace each handle

01

Browser extension

When a listing step must be completed in a browser, the extension fills the marketplace page with merchant-approved details and uses the store account already signed in on that computer.

02

Desktop client

Opens a separate store window for listing steps that need to be completed in a browser.

03

Seller workspace

Manage product records, review items, listing jobs, orders, team members and usage history.
